Teen Fitness

Teen Fitness is a professional specialised programme aimed to develop children’s fitness and skills at a young age, helping them as they grow to become fitter and stronger. 

Exercise helps us both physically and mentally and allows us to do more in everyday life. CrossFit allows children to combine fitness with fun, teaching them movements that will assist them outside of the gym – in the playground and everywhere else!

The friendly environment at BDF allows them to meet other kids of a similar age and build their confidence in small groups.

Our aim for Teen Fitness is to help your children enjoy exercise; get them moving, jumping, running and to give them a more active childhood – away from Xboxes, computers and technology!
